You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify MartBihar within 2 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item or provide a refund to your original payment method.
Certain items like fresh milk and cut vegetables are non-returnable once the delivery is accepted, unless they are spoiled at the time of arrival.
